Tze Tji Chun Chinese Oolong tea is grown in Taiwan at an altitude of about 600 to 800 meters .The top leaves picked by hand in Taiwan (only the two youngest leaves are picked) and are processed according to the age-old Tze Tji Chun tradition. 
 
The tea is only slightly fermented so that all-important raw materials are preserved in the tea. The tea leaves are first steamed, then dried with hot air and finally each leaf is twisted into a ball using a special technique. This method guarantees a fresh green tea with a refined aroma with a sweet scent of Jasmine flowers.
